October 2025 to February 2026 schedule is open.
1 December to 4 December will be closed.
30 December to 3 January will be closed.
Participants
Participants: Must be older than 10.
For "Ramen & Gyoza" and "Udon & Sushi roll class", I ask all participants are able to use a knife.
Only people who are participating in the class may attend. No spectators, please.
If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please reach out to me before booking. I may or may not be able to accommodate your needs.
How to Book
Step 1:
Please fill out the inquiry form and submit it.
Step 2:
Please wait for my reply. I will respond within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from me within 24 hours, please check your spam. If you don't see a response in your spam folder, please reach out.
Step 3:
I will send you payment instructions for the class. Please complete payment within 24 hours, or I will have to cancel your reservation. After payment is received, I will send you a confirmation email.
Booking
Class time: 10AM
You can book a class up until 1 day prior to the day of the class (Payment must be completed by 10AM.)
Cancellation Policy

2 week prior to the booking date: 100% refund*

13 days-6 days prior to the booking date: 50% refund*

Less than 6 days prior to booking date: No refund.

No show: No refund.
*The PayPal fee will be deducted from your refund.

In rare emergency cases, I may need to cancel a reserved class. In these cases, the client will be refunded the full cost.
