Ramen: Learn to make ramen stock using my mother's own recipe.

Gyoza: You will make gyoza skin from scratch, roll it, form gyoza, and fry them until they're crispy!

We will not be making ramen noodles from scratch in this class.

Unfortunately, both the ramen and gyoza recipes use meat, so I cannot make this class vegetarian.

Nerikiri & Matcha
■10,000 yen (tax included)
■Duration: 2~2.5 hours
These Japanese sweets are typically served at tea ceremonies. They're made with white beans and they are exquisitely shaped. I will teach you a number of shaping and nerikiri techniques. If you've ever wanted to learn the art of making nerikiri, this is the perfect class for you.
・Instructions for 5 nerikiri designs: You will learn how to use variety of nerikiri tools and many techniqus.
・Table-style matcha making: Learn how to prepare and enjoy a table-style serving of matcha.

・I will prepare the nerikiri dough before class. A detailed recipe for making the dough will be provided in email after the class.

Handmade Udon & Sushi roll

We will prepare dashi using a high-quality sachet. It is commonly used in everyday Japanese cooking. You will learn how to use this ingredients, so you can easily replicate the method when you're in your own kitchen.
